These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Praevora maintenance and quality management platform (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed.
2. Use of the Service
You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it to store or transmit unlawful content.
3. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service. You grant Praevora the rights needed to host and process that data to provide the Service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Third-party connections
The Service can connect to third-party services (such as Google and Microsoft email). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and you are responsible for the accounts you connect.
5. Fees and paid plans
Current plan, add-on, and implementation prices are published on our Pricing page. If you purchase paid access, you agree to pay the fees and applicable taxes shown at checkout. Any plan or quantity change is governed by the billing terms shown when you make that change.
6. Availability & changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by updating the date above, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Praevora is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.
